Sharon Howarth
Sharon joined the Donovan & Co team in January 2025. She brought with her a wealth of experience and a genuine passion for real estate. She is committed to delivering a warm and professional service to help clients achieve their property goals with confidence and ease.
Her career in real estate began in 1985 at John Henderson Real Estate – The Professionals Mermaid Beach, where she started working on weekends and during school holidays. After earning her Bachelor of Business from Griffith University, Sharon transitioned into a full-time role, working closely with Principals John, David, Andrew, and Luke Henderson. Over the years, she became a trusted cornerstone of the office, overseeing contract coordination from signing to settlement, managing trust accounts, and handling office finances with precision and care.
When she’s not at work, Sharon treasures time with her husband and young son, especially cheering them on from the sidelines in their sporting endeavours. She also adores taking their labrador puppy for beach walks and swims.
