01 'Crown Lodge', WARWICK FARM, NSW, 2170

Donovan + Co, alongside Magic Millions, proudly represented Godolphin in the sale of Crown Lodge - a landmark racing facility at Warwick Farm, NSW. Formerly home to some of the world's most prestigious bloodstock and training operations under both Darley and Godolphin, this 1.7-hectare estate with 123 horse boxes represents one of Sydney's most significant equine holdings.

A transaction of this calibre demands discretion, a detailed process and a strong industry database. We were proud to deliver all three, securing a successful outcome with Racing NSW as the incoming owner. Crown Lodge will remain in capable hands, and we look forward to seeing this iconic facility continue its contribution to Australian thoroughbred racing for years to come.
